WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship everywhere in the world except Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We hustle! But it still takes 1-4 business days to prepare your order for shipping, depending on the item.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?
You bet. After you click on CHECK OUT, you’ll be prompted to fill in your shipping address. After that, you’ll see a drop-down menu under DELIVERY. Depending on your shipping address, you should see a few shipping options.
WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SO PRICEY?
All of the items in my shop are “printed on demand,” which means the blank mugs, tote bags, journals and calendars sit patiently in a warehouse waiting for someone lovely like you to want to buy one. A few minutes after you hit PAY NOW, the design you chose is printed right on that blank item and it starts to make its way to wherever you are in the world. It’s pretty magical, really, and also not as cheap as Walmart. But cuter, right? And you get to support a small business, which is definitely very good karma.
CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, you’ll be given a tracking number. Kindly note, we are not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I BOUGHT?
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange.
To do this, please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a short note about why you are returning or exchanging your item. We’ll give you a Make You Happy number (MYH#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. We can’t process any packages without a MYH# so please don’t forget this part! Packages must be shipped back to us via a traceable parcel carrier of your choice. We cannot accept CODs. But aside from all those finicky details, we really do want to make you happy!
