HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
All of my products ship FREE to the US and Canada, and I charge a USD$5.00 flat fee to ship my products internationally.*
*Please note: we ship everywhere in the world except Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We hustle! But it still takes 1-4 business days to prepare your order for shipping, depending on the item.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?
I really wanted to offer free shipping to the US and Canada, and a low $5 rate to anywhere else in the world, which means I'm unfortunately not able to get fancy with shipping options.
WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SO PRICEY?
I know! Truly, most of the cost is shipping! I suppose it's no small feat to fly a mug across the continent, but it surprised me too. I just felt that bundling it up in one upfront fee with free shipping included (or a low flat shipping rate outside of North America) was a nicer option than offering a modestly priced item and then surprising you at check-out with a hefty shipping fee.
CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, you’ll be given a tracking number. Kindly note, we are not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I BOUGHT?
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange.
To do this, please first email us at email@example.com with a short note about why you are returning or exchanging your item. We’ll give you a Make You Happy number (MYH#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. We can’t process any packages without a MYH# so please don’t forget this part! Packages must be shipped back to us via a traceable parcel carrier of your choice. We cannot accept CODs. But aside from all those finicky details, we really do want to make you happy!
