Part of what makes poetry so powerful is the way it helps us notice mundane things and inject them with awe.

But you don’t have to be a writer or a poet to strengthen your noticing muscle.

The daily challenges will be a mix of easy and quick prompts to help you notice the little things we often overlook but have the potential to bring us so much joy.

For the next 30 days, you’ll receive a short email from me with that day’s challenge. Most can be done in less than a few minutes!
